(Most browsers in the app store posses a dark theme which basically just replaces the menu with a greyish black color or the background of websites with a greyish black color. But UC browser allows its users to skin/theme websites to pitch black.) The way to activate this theme is a task in itself.

- Open UC Browser.
Tap on "Themes" as shown by the white arrow in the adjacent screenshot.

In the Themes window that pops up tap on "Local Photos" as shown by the white arrow in the adjacent screenshot. Then navigate to the location where you saved the pitch black image and select it.
