Please white list Appchoose in your adblocker."App of the week(AOTW)" is Rotation Control, an app that lets you control screen orientation from notification area. The main advantage is it allows you to lock the screen in any orientation that is otherwise impossible like portrait reverse or landscape reverse. And yes, no root access is necessary for the app to function.
The following rotation modes are available in the app.
- Guard: this application prevents the other application from changing screen orientation.
- Auto Rotation: screen orientation is determined by a physical orientation sensor.
- Portrait: the screen is in a portrait orientation. Normally available as inbuilt in android.
- Portrait (Reverse): the screen is in a portrait orientation; the opposite direction from normal portrait.
- Portrait (Sensor): the screen is in a portrait orientation, but the sensor is used to change direction. Normally available as inbuilt in android.
- Landscape: the screen is in a landscape orientation.
- Landscape (Reverse): the screen is in a landscape orientation; the opposite direction from normal landscape.
- Landscape (Sensor): the screen is in a landscape orientation, but the sensor is used to change direction. Normally available as inbuilt in android.
