Being FPL managers ourselves, we know how hard it can be to make informed decision regarding our squads. Having been taken quite a few hits on our ranks due to the same.We are here to make sure that no one ever faces the issues we had faced initially while getting started with FPL. As part of our FPL app series today we will be sharing with you an updated list of the best apps that an FPL manager simply should have. The list comprises of apps for IOS, android, windows and Blackberry10 and a set of excellent Instagram accounts that we think every football lover should follow.

Cross platform Apps, and Websites:

SofaScore: It offers player rating, heat maps, player value, previous form statistics graphs and also allows you to follow players.

Whoscored: A website dedicated to football stats. They also have apps for IOS and android but we would advice you to stick with the website interface since it is the best of the lot.
Anewpla : The best site online to view per team FPL point distribution and see what your fellow managers did last week on fpl in terms of transfers and all. Overall the only website you need to know to excel in the art of managing your squad in FPL.
The screenshot shows my FPL team's per PL team point distribution and other statistics as seen on anewpla.

Android, Blackberry10 Apps:

Fantasy Football Manager is an android exclusive app, it is feature rich in the way that it allows managers to
  • View Gameweek/Transfer history.
  • View the team of the manager with most points in the week along with his previous gameweek points by pulling down and scrolling to the left, along with Dream Team of the week and overall dream team.
  • Notify when the price of a player increases or decreases.
  • It encompases all of this in a dark theme.

IOS Apps:

FFStatshq: This app has all statistics regarding players in premier league. FFStatsHQ displays player, team and match statistics provided by OPTA to help you pick the perfect fantasy football team. It has apps for both android as well as ios, but we would advice you to only use the ios app since it has a my team option that allows you to analyse your time performance from start of the tournament and also compare your team with the teams of other players from different leagues you are part of.

Windows Apps:

SofaScore, the best cross platform i have seen till date has an excellent windows version for their app that works just as well as it does on an android or IOS device.

The following is a list of must follow Instagram accounts if you are an FPL manager. Do share with us any other channels that you know about via the comments section down below.
