We had stopped using Mobogram and had uninstalled it back in 2018 because of its lack of updates. As per the latest info we found online we think you should also uninstall Mobogram and switch to the official Telegram app. We have found articles online stating that

The report says Mobogram is developed by Hanista Group, which it identifies as an IRGC front company.

Telegram CEO Pavel Durov warned on Twitter last summer that Mobogram was a “potentially insecure fork of Telegram from Iran” and advised against using it which should have set off warning signs.
So owing to all the content of the above mentioned media outlets we strongly advice you uninstall Mobogram and switch to the official Telegram app; though it may not be as feature rich asMobogram; but offers security; much better UI and features when compared with the Telegram app that was there at the time of Mobograms inception.
We highly suggest you to stick with apps available for download via Google play store/ AmazonAppstore/ IOS appstore rather than searching/browsing around for private iterations of Telegram.
