2 New Fire TV sticks were announced today @ Amazon Hardware Launch Event. The whole timeline of launch can be seen here.
Looking through the specs listed on amazon website for the latest gen Fire TV stick and lite they seem to be identical to Fire TV Stick 4k; except for the fact that they only support full HD resolution. The Fire TV Lite features a remote control without Volume and Power keys for TV Controls. This seems to be the only difference between Fire TV lite and Fire TV stick 3rd gen.
